  • The Director and Principal Building Manager has twenty years’ international experience in building management, construction and property development. He has eight years’ experience facilitating and reporting on building defects in Sydney.
  • The Principal Building Manager is the main point of contact for all buildings and personally understands how each building operates therefore ensuring accountability to Owners by providing reports and attending Strata Committee meetings.
  • Management Building Services specialises in defects facilitation and reporting, as well as retrofitting including Security, LED, Lift, Air conditioning, Amenities and Building Upgrades.

  • MBS focuses on identifying opportunities for improved sustainability, health and wellbeing of our buildings and it’s occupants and integrate these principles into everything we do. Our philosophy is to measure, monitor and reduce in all aspects for building management. We work with local Councils and partners, to ensure the adoption of sustainable practice and to tap into available grants. MBS has introduced LED light replacement programs, sensor lights, rainwater tanks, irrigation systems, solar hot energy systems, HWS solar systems, recycling and waste management, energy consumption monitoring as well as using environmental products.

MBS audits base contractors to ensure value for money.  MBS operates building management systems to ensure efficiency and enabling monitoring and reporting to Strata Committees against Preventive Maintenance and Capital Works Plans .
Communication and Reporting
  • MBS gets the work done quickly and efficiently. Our friendly team are on site or nearby to offer a fast response. Our maintenance team and accredited contractors respond quickly in an emergency 365 days a year, because our service is built on established relationships and good communication. MBS monitors By-Laws in liaison with the Strata Manager, Agents and Strata Committees and translates new Strata Law into practice.
  • MBS provides quarterly and annual building reports for the Strata Committee and attend Strata Committee meetings to answer questions and research instructions. Online forms are developed and tailored to suit each Strata Plan, for example to order security items, request works to a lot and reporting an issue.
