With decades of building and asset management, property, and maintenance experience and expertise our Team knows how your building or asset operates on a functional, financial, and social level. Immediately following engagement the Team will carry out an audit to identify cost efficiencies by reviewing CAPEX plans and reviewing contractors, priorities, and utilities.

Asset management

MBS is experienced in the life cycle management of physical assets in order to achieve asset growth in line with Owner expectations. Our portfolio includes residential, commercial, and mixed-strata buildings between 55 and 300 lots. We offer flexible solutions that are tailored to the building and our clients’ needs.

Risk & Compliance

MBS facilitates legislative compliance in relation to health and safety, fire, water towers, lifts, plant, and equipment.  The team is experienced in facilitating major works including, remedial works, lift replacement and upgrades, painting, intercom upgrades, foyer upgrades, air conditioning, commercial bathrooms, landscaping, pool and amenity upgrades, and security. MBS has vast experience in identifying, reporting and facilitating defects work.

Contractor supervision

MBS is experienced and knowledgeable in technical asset management and trade work and can therefore scope works, facilitate tenders, advise the Strata Committee, and supervise and review contractors and trades to ensure they carry out quality work for a fair price.

Great Communication

Great communication is essential for effective collaboration and successful outcomes. The MBS Team responds promptly to Owners, Occupiers, and Real Estate Agents and is available in an emergency 24 hours a day 365 days a year. The Business Team will always answer calls and process maintenance requests. The Business Team also provides detailed quarterly and annual building reports for the Strata Committee and Owners Corporation. The Team maintains the resident and building management platform to ensure real-time communication and access to information and documents 24/7.
