Since 2002 Management Building Services has provided environmentally and socially considerate building management solutions. We focus on identifying opportunities for improved sustainability and operational efficiency in order to reduce the buildings environmental impact and to enhance the asset. We encourage the healthy growth and well being of a designed environment.

We currently manage over 400 lots valued over $400 million in the Sydney Metropolitan Corridor.

The Director and Principal Building Manager has:

  • Over Twenty years’ international experience in building management, construction and property development
  • Eight years’ experience facilitating and reporting on building defects in Sydney
  • Is the main point of contact for all buildings and personally understands how each building operates therefore ensuring accountability to
    Owners providing reports and attendance Strata Committee meetings

Management Building Services:

  • Specialises in retrofitting, including Security, LED, Lift, Air conditioning, Amenities and Building Upgrades
  • Reporting and advising Owners and Strata Committee’s
  • Has a friendly, professional and competent support team experienced in building management, administration, finance, budgeting, reporting, research, technological integration and preventative maintenance planning
  • A friendly and competent Strata Maintenance Team specialising in minor maintenance and repair work, cleaning and gardens.
  • Integrated building management systems to monitor and report against Capital Works Plans and audit base contractors to ensure value for money
  • Operates within a context of environmental and social sustainability, with the aim to help facilitate environmentally considerate and healthy Strata Communities
  • Has an established networks of base building contractors
