- Over Twenty years’ international experience in building management, construction and property development
- Eight years’ experience facilitating and reporting on building defects in Sydney
- Is the main point of contact for all buildings and personally understands how each building operates therefore ensuring accountability to
Owners providing reports and attendance Strata Committee meetings
Management Building Services:
- Specialises in retrofitting, including Security, LED, Lift, Air conditioning, Amenities and Building Upgrades
- Reporting and advising Owners and Strata Committee’s
- Has a friendly, professional and competent support team experienced in building management, administration, finance, budgeting, reporting, research, technological integration and preventative maintenance planning
- A friendly and competent Strata Maintenance Team specialising in minor maintenance and repair work, cleaning and gardens.
- Integrated building management systems to monitor and report against Capital Works Plans and audit base contractors to ensure value for money
- Operates within a context of environmental and social sustainability, with the aim to help facilitate environmentally considerate and healthy Strata Communities
- Has an established networks of base building contractors
